In collaboration with Partageons L’Espoir, Dress for Success, Cuisine Atout, Réso, Destination Travail and OPAL-DDD are committed to helping the organization’s clients find employment in the Pointe-Saint-Charles district.
This project focuses on data collection through online and paper questionnaires, distributed at community events. The information gathered will be used to match candidates with local employers.
Starting in October 2024, we will organize on-site workshops to prepare participants for their next professional step. These workshops will include CV writing and interview preparation training.
In addition, women will be able to receive material assistance in the form of clothing adapted for professional occasions, thanks to the organization Dress for Success (https://dfsmontreal.org/). In partnership with PME Montréal and Dress for Success, we will be providing full support for participants.
Our goal is to strengthen the local economy while supporting participants’ autonomy, as part of the “Live and Work in Your Neighborhood” program.
On Wednesday, march 19th 2025, the fair took place at Partageons l’Espoir, and we had about 20 participants.
