Bilan 2024-2025
Here are just a few of the benefits:
Classroom observations have highlighted significant positive effects: improved relaxation, appreciation of silence, integration of yoga into daily life, strengthening of social bonds, development of creativity, emergence of leadership, and greater awareness of breathing. These benefits underline the program’s potential to enhance students’ overall well-being.
Results and observations:
- Student engagement: Many students looked forward to their yoga class and expressed disappointment when a session was cancelled.
- Skill development: Teachers noted improvements in relaxation, balance, concentration and collaboration.
- Overall assessment: Feedback from students and teachers confirmed that the program was beneficial and appreciated. Classes in which teachers were involved had a higher proportion of student success.
So, by integrating yoga into children’s lives, we can help them develop physical, mental and emotional skills that will sustain them throughout their lives.
